CyberMonitor® is a tool for monitoring internet browse time in Cybercafés. This tool is not intended to be an Internet connectivity tool; rather, it is a visual tool which presents an easy­to-use graphical interface to monitor, log and bill Cybercafé users.
   
CyberMonitor Version 3.4 now comes with four modules:

The Operator Console is a "thin" version of the Manager Console with limited features that can be installed on the receptionist desk.

The i-Admin Module is the revolutionary module that enables you to have full control of your CyberCafe from anywhere in the world via the internet using a web browser. Your Cybercafe can be in Lagos and you can check the status, view reports, generate tokens, shutdown the clients remotely from your home in New York!

Two billing methods. You can now have time-based and credit-based billing methods.

i-Admin module with in-built WebServer for remote control via internet.

Automatically deducts printing cost from users credit. Maintains printing logs.

Application blacklist restricts users from launching them. Application watchlist triggers the timer whenever they are launched on clients. 

You can set different browsing rates for different periods of the day e.g peak, off-peak, overnight,etc.
Maintain Membership/personalised accounts with customisable attributes.
Design cybertokens with numerous attributes (expiry date, max logon/day etc)
CyberToken/Members account automatic maintenance.

Job scheduling capability. You can schedule some tasks to be performed on specific dates and time.

Users can now top-up their account/token while browsing.

You can remotely send on-the-fly generated tokens or ready-made tokens Clients.
30 tokens now fits on an A4-size paper.
Individual Client can now be configured for special rates, set different wallpapers, enable/disable Pay-As-You-Use method etc.
Send individual messages to Clients or broadcast to all Clients.
Shutdown/reboot workstations remotely from the Manager Console.
Shutdown the entire CyberCafe with just one button click.
Create Operator/Staff accounts and assign flexible privileges.
Operator/Staff activity logs.
Automatic daily top-up of Operator/Staff browsetime.
Automatic database backup and restore functions.
Improved software registration and license renewal process.
