CyberMonitor Upgrade
Upgrade from V3.3 to v3.4
 The new auto-upgrade utility built into v3.3 now enables you to upgrade your systems automatically without manually installing one-at-a-time on the PCs. 

Just Download the PATCH and run/apply the patch on the Server alone. Do NOT uninstall your existing CyberMonitor.

Upgrade Steps:

  • Shutdown CyberMonitor Server (Manager Console) ONLY (leave all the clients running)
  • Run PATCH on the the Server PC ONLY
  • Start CyberMonitor Server  

As soon as the Server starts, all the clients will begin the auto-upgrade! 

 
Upgrade from V3.x to v3.3
 
If you want to keep your existing data. Just Download the PATCH and run/apply the patch on all your PC. Do NOT uninstall your existing CyberMonitor.

Upgrade Steps:

  • Shutdown all CyberMonitor Clients from the CyberMonitor Manager Console
  • Unregister all CyberMonitor Clients from the CyberMonitor Manager Console
  • Shutdown CyberMonitor Server (Manager Console)
  • Run PATCH on the all the Clients and Server PC
  • Start CyberMonitor Server and the Clients  

If you want to do a fresh installation, please download the full VERSION 3.X. Uninstall the previous version from all your PCs & Server and install this file. All old data will be lost.
 

 
Upgrade from V2.2 to V3.x
 
Download the full VERSION 3.X.
To keep your v2.2 data:
  • Do NOT uninstall the CyberMonitor v2.2 Manager Console from the server. 
  • Uninstall CyberMonitor v2.2 Clients only. 
  • Then install v3.x on all your PCs and server.
